Specialist - Appointment Setter
Our specialist role is the “boots on the ground” role. You will be the first human contact for any of our leads. Our marketing is focused on Facebook and your job will be to allow new members into the Facebook group, message them and get them on a quick triage call with you. In addition to using the Facebook group, we use an outbound dialing system that will give you the ability to call and text new leads. This is a full time role that will require you to have a quiet space with a great internet connection and computer. The ideal candidate is a hustler, grinder, goal-getter with high energy.
Advisor - Closer
Our Advisor or Closer role is the next step in the client journey. After the Specialist sets the appointment, the client gets booked on the Advisor’s calendar. Your role will be to use the Empowered Man script and your talents to close the clients into the Thrive program. This role is full time and will require you to have open availability usually around 9 AM to 5 PM PST. The ideal candidate is teachable, coachable, humble, willing to serve men and tenacious. Sales experience is a must for this position.

Mark Santiago
Founder & CEO
Founder and CEO of Empowered Man. Mark started Empowered Man in 2020 bred outside of his own experience of divorce. He wanted to help other men going through the pain of separation and divorce. All of the content was created by Mark doing the assignments on himself to heal from the failure of his relationship. Fast forward to now, Mark now runs the entire sales team and does all of our marketing.
Amy Santiago
Director of Operations/HR Head
Amy is Mark’s wife. In 2021, Mark invited Amy to be a part of the Empowered Man team on the operations side. Since then she has taken over recruiting, human resources and accounts receivables.
CULTURE
At Empowered Man we embody what we teach. All of our team members are given access to our Thrive program and encouraged to go through the content. We believe that we cannot help a man become the best version of himself, if we are not the best versions of ourselves. PROGRAM
THRIVE is a 90 day group coaching program that helps men who are facing separation or divorce. Clients are given access to six group coaching calls per week. In addition, those who need extra support are able to attend daily office hours to receive tailored feedback. Daily assignments are emailed and clients are encouraged to post assignments within our private Workplace group.
